All non pre-order items will be shipped within 7 business days.
Domestic shipments are generally in transit for 3-5 business days, but can take as long as 7 days in some scenarios.
Internationals shipments are generally in transit for 4-10 business days, but can take as long as 21 days depending on the country. Import duties and taxes may be liable to be paid upon arrival in said destination country, and We Should Just Enjoy Ourselves is not responsible for these fees. Refusal to pay said duties and taxes will result in the goods being returned to We Should Just Enjoy Ourselves at the customer's expense, and no refund will be issued.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. No refunds will be issued for orders with incorrect addresses.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, then unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
As all of our products are custom-made, we do not offer refunds on orders for buyer’s remorse, or exchanges due to incorrect sizes. Please refer to the size chart before you order an item to ensure that it will fit as expected. We will, however, accept claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items that are submitted within 2 weeks of receiving your product(s).
Hats and pre-order items are exempt from being returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
